Viewer Users: Based on the price displayed on each Digital Content purchase page.

Creators: Fees are deducted from sales proceeds in accordance with the usage agreement between the Company and the Creator.

8.　Additional Fees

Internet connection fees and other telecommunication costs necessary to use the Service shall be borne by the Registered User (amounts vary depending on the user's contract with their telecommunications provider).

9.　Payment Methods

Credit card, convenience store payment, carrier billing, PayPay, atone deferred payment, Paidy deferred payment, and other payment methods designated by the Company.

10.　Payment Timing

For Point purchases: payment is confirmed at the time of purchase.

For Membership products: billed on a monthly basis, automatically renewed each month from the billing date.

11.　Delivery of Products / Provision of Services

The Service will be available immediately upon completion of payment.

12.　Returns and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital content, all Point purchases and content purchases made using Points are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after purchase.

For Membership products, cancellation may be requested at any time. Cancellation takes effect on the next renewal date. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period after cancellation.

Purchased Points expire 180 days from the date of purchase. Expired Points cannot be used or refunded.

13.　Service Cancellation Conditions

To cancel, users must follow the cancellation procedures described on the Website.

14.　Other Fees

A bank transfer fee of JPY 330 (tax included) is charged per withdrawal request.

In the event of an incorrect bank account submission requiring a recall transfer, a recall fee of JPY 880 (tax included) will be charged.

15.　Cooling-off Period

This service is not subject to the cooling-off provisions under the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
