Fees, transfer schedule, and important notes

Overview

Revenue earned on xtoon will be transferred to your registered bank account after submitting a payout request. The minimum payout amount is ¥5,000.

Payout Conditions

  • •Eligible balance: Wallet balance only (pending payments are not eligible)
  • •Minimum payout amount: ¥5,000
  • •Payouts are made in Japanese yen (JPY).

Transfer Fees

  • •Transfer fee: ¥250
  • •Transfer fees are paid by the Creator

Transfer Amount Calculation

Net Transfer Amount = Requested Amount − Transfer Fee (¥250)

Example:

Requested Amount¥10,000
Transfer Fee− ¥250
Net Transfer Amount¥9,750

Transfer Schedule

After submitting a payout request, transfers are processed on the following schedule.

  • Cutoff date:End of month
  • Processing:At time of request
  • Transfer date:25th of the following month
    (Next business day if the 25th falls on a bank holiday)

When Payout Is Unavailable

Payout requests are not available when your balance is below ¥5,000. Please ensure you meet the payout conditions and have a transfer account registered before trying again.
